Despite previous statements to the contrary, in January 2015 Microsoft announced that Windows RT devices would not receive an upgrade to Windows 10 and they would remain on Windows RT 8.1. Following this announcement the devices were effectively abandoned.
During a security breach at Microsoft in early 2017 the Enterprise SKU of Windows 10 Creators Update build 15035 in the English language for ARMv7 was obtained. The build did not leak publicly until it was released to BetaArchive on the 24th November 2019, at the time of writing it remains the only leaked Windows 10 client build available for ARMv7.
Although this build cannot be considered suitable for daily use, it has attracted some interest from the remaining users of Windows RT devices as an unofficial upgrade.
BetaWiki have an in-depth article on this build available here.
